Must have 5 years minimum experience in the quality field and be able to communicate to customers and vendors. Must have 3 years minimum supervisory experience and possess good leadership, human relations, strong oral and written communication abilities, and solid analytical and technical skills. Working knowledge of ISO 9000, internal audit experience, and ASQ Certified Quality Assurance Manager a PLUS Must know GD and T, have own tools, work with close tolerances and have high quality standards. ???Must have good attitude, work ethic, punctuality, attendance, strong math skills including ability to collect and interpret data, and have the ability to assess problems and develop and implement solutions. ???Will be required to inspect 1st pc., monitor in:process production, perform final inspection, conduct training, provide quality reporting, and perform internal audits.
